Do you have water kettle in the room for making tea/coffee?

Yes, we provide an electric kettle inside of each unit.

Do you accept credit card?

Yes, we accept payment by Visa, Master, Amex, JCB card.

Is the garden and pool area in the Majestic, Royal, and Grand Royal villas secluded? Or can people see inside the garden and pool area from outside the villa?

All of our pool villa are completely closed from the outside, and other people cannot see through.

Are breakfast daily included?

We have room with breakfast, and a room only in our option.

Can we do daily use?

Unfortunately we didn't have any day use room.

Do you have an Airport shuttle or transport?

We have airport shuttle with an additional price. Please contact us directly for the price.

Do you have kids pool or public pool?

Yes, we have a kids pool, and we also have 2 public pools.

Do you organize floating breakfast on request?

Yes, the floating breakfast will be available with an additional charge.

We are arriving this Friday at the airport at 22:30 o'clock, so we will be at your place around midnight. Is a check-in possible at this time?

Our check-in starts from 2pm, you can check in at a later time since our reception is open 24 hours.

Do you provide anything special for honeymoon couples?

Yes, we will provide a free honeymoon setup on bed. We also have other offers that you can ask us directly.

Our 10 years old son allowed to stay in this room on provided bed?

Kids under 11 years old are free to stay as long as they sleep in their parent's bed. No additional breakfast will be given.

Do you serve buffet for breakfast or serve in the villa?

We serve a la carte breakfast, you can choose to be served in the restaurant or in our villa. Please note that we will need you to choose the menu and breakfast time 1 day before.

Hi do you have private pool in the villa?

Some of our units are included with a private pool while there are some units without. When you check the room, there will be "pool" word in the name of the unit that includes with private pool.

Where is the nice beach near you?

We are located between Nusa Dua and Jimbaran, both area have wonderful beaches.

Hi, do we allow to do small wedding here?

Yes, we have a venue for weddings. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have free shuttle service to the beach?

Yes, we have a free daily shuttle at 11 am to Nusa Dua or Jimbaran beach area. We need a reservation in advance for the shuttle.

Do you have wifi?

All of our unit and area are covered by wifi that you are free to use.

If we book terracotta rooms, can we have access to the pool too?

If you book unit without private pool, you can still access our 2 public pools.

What measures do you have to keep the mosquitos away?

We provide mosquito repellent and mosquito spray in the room. We also have scheduled fogging.

Do you have a gym, or how far the nearby gym is?

We didn't have a gym inside of our property. Nearby gym is only about 1km, that you can reach less than 5 minutes by vehicle.

Hi, Do you serve Halal breakfast?

We didn't serve pork and lard in our restaurant.

Hi, do you have a kitchen- shared kitchen or in the room? Thank you!

We have a mini kitchen inside every unit with a private pool.

Hi there, do you accept payment by dollar cash?

For cash, we only accept IDR. There's nearby money exchange that is reachable around 5-10 minutes from our property.

What food options do you have available at your restaurant?

We have continental, international, american, indonesian, sweet, bread, vegetarian, vegan, etc for our menu.

Can you add extrabed in the room?

Each room can be added by one extrabed with additional charge daily.

Hi. Can I bring my baby? 1 years old

Yes, you can bring your infant here, we provide a free baby cot by request, subject to availability.
